Warranty & Repairs

Dometic Mobile Cooking UK Ltd products are known for their high quality and durability. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong and when they do we want to know about them.

Warranty claims

We offer a 2 year (limited) warranty on our portable barbecues and a 5 year (limited) warranty on our urban range of barbecues. All our accessories are covered by a 1 year(limited) warranty.

If a problem arises in your product under normal use and the item is within the warranty period, follow the simple steps below to make a warranty claim.

What next?

Once you have emailed us you will receive an email confirmation with a unique claim reference number. We will process your claim and you will be contacted by our friendly and knowledgeable warranty team within 3-5 working days.

Repairs and out of warranty support

If your BBQ is outside of the warranty period and/or you would like to purchase replacement parts, please contact our dedicated UK Spares Partner www.towler-staines.co.uk.

If you would like to request a service/repair on your Cadac BBQ, please email our customer service team via hello@cadacuk.com. Be sure to send them an image of your BBQ and details of any specific faults.
