In a bowl add the beef mince, oregano, onion, mustard, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Combine well then press the mixture into the Cadac burger press.
Pre-heat the BBQ over a medium heat for a couple of minutes, and add a little oil to the Grid. Add the burgers and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping half way through cooking. Toast your buns on the other side of the BBQ for a minute or two.
Add a spoonful of relish to the bottom bun, lettuce, then stack the burgers and cheese slices. Top with your favourite toppings – we went for red onion slices, pickles and a little extra relish.
