Tapas Dish S’mores


  • Bag of marshmallows
  • 75g milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 4-6 strawberries, halved
  • Half a banana, peeled and sliced
  • Biscuits of your choice

    Pre-heat the BBQ on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Meanwhile divide the marshmallows and chocolate pieces between the Tapas Dishes.

    Place on the barbecue with the lid on and cook for about 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows and chocolate have melted.

    Remove the pans from the barbecue and divide the strawberry and banana over the marshmallows. Finally, add the biscuits and serve!
