Begin by marinating your chicken. Add your sweet chilli sauce, red wine vinegar and sesame oil to a bowl. Add the chicken and stir to combine everything together. Cover and leave to marinate for at least an hour, or ideally overnight.
Pre-heat the BBQ for a 3-4 minutes on a low/medium heat. Thread the veg, pineapple and chicken to your skewers and cook on the barbecue for 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout. Turn a few times during cooking.
Serve immediately with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and extra sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
