In a bowl add the mince, parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, oregano and parsley. Season well and mix to combine everything together. Roll into a large meatloaf shape.
Make the rub by mixing together the sea salt, brown sugar, paprika, pepper, garlic and onion powder and the cayenne pepper. Rub this all over the meatloaf.
Using a loaf tin, line the bottom with the bacon slices, overlapping as you go, laying the bacon lengthways across the width of the tin. Add the meatloaf to the tin and wrap the bacon around the top. Wrap the top of the loaf with foil.
Meanwhile heat the E Braai to 180 degrees and cook the meatloaf for 45/50 minutes with the lid closed.
While this cooks, warm the BBQ sauce in a pan then stir in the honey. Remove from the heat.
Remove the foil from the meatloaf and brush the BBQ sauce all over the meatloaf. Cook for a further 5 minutes or until sticky and the meatloaf is cooked through.
Gently remove from the loaf tin, slice and enjoy.
