Stuffed Flank Steak


  • 4 pieces pork flank (belly)
  • 100g spinach, washed
  • 150g beansprouts
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 rashers bacon
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • 0 : 25

    Cut any skin away from the pork and slice in to thin slices so it can be rolled easily.

    Place the pork flank slices over the bacon and add some beansprouts, spinach and mushrooms to the middle of each slice. Roll up tightly and secure with some toothpicks at each end.

    Meanwhile pre-heat the BBQ with the BBQ Grill Top for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat. Add a little rapeseed or olive oil to the grill and add the rolled steaks.

    Grill for around 25 minutes or until cooked through, brush with the oyster sauce occasionally during cooking, and just before serving sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
