Pre-heat the BBQ with the BBQ Grid in place for 2-4 minutes.
Cut each sausage into 3/4 pieces, and cut the pepper into large chunks. Peel and cut the onions into quarters.
Thread the sausage, pepper and onions on to 4 kebab skewers and place on the BBQ Grid with a little drizzle of oil. Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning regularly.
Meanwhile mix the tomato ketchup, honey and garlic together in a bowl. After 15 minutes brush the kebabs all over with the sticky sauce and cook for another 6-8 minutes until sticky and browned all over.
Serve with a dressed salad or as a side dish to a large BBQ feast.
