Begin with mixing all your marinade ingredients together in a large ziplock sandwich bag or bowl. Add the ribs and give it a good massage to coat evenly. If you can, leave covered in the fridge to marinade overnight, or for at least an hour.
Pre-heat the BBQ over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes with the BBQ Grill Top in place. Lightly wipe the grill surface with some oil and turn the heat to low. Add the ribs and cook with the lid on for 15-20 minutes, turning them frequently. Remove the lid and continue to cook on a low heat for a further 10 minutes or until the ribs are sticky and the meat is soft.
Once the marinade is made you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
