Trim the cauliflower and slice into steaks.
Pre-heat the BBQ for 2-3 minutes with the BBQ Grid in place. Using a Tapas Dish or a small pan melt the butter. Remove from the heat and mix in the sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, turmeric and cinnamon. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
In a large bowl add the spicy butter and cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Drizzle the BBQ Grid with a little oil and add the cauliflower, cook until browned, sizzling and crispy bits forming at the edges – approximately 20 minutes, turning a few times during cooking.
