Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil and cracked pepper together in a bowl. Pre-heat the BBQ for 2-3 minutes and add a splash of vegetable oil to the cooking surface. Add the tuna and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to sear it. Remove tuna and place in the bowl with the whisked marinade.
Assemble your salad with whatever additional ingredients you’d like. Slice your tuna and add on top of your salad. Drizzle the marinade across the plate to dress the salad leaves.
