Preheat the BBQ on a medium/low heat for a few minutes with the BBQ Grid in place.
Slice the lemon and stuff into the belly of the sea bass, along with the bay leaves.
Score the skin of the fish and season well with salt and pepper. Place the BBQ Mat 40 on the BBQ then add the fish and the tenderstem and any additional lemon. If you are not using a BBQ Mat then add a little oil to the grid surface, or you can use a flat cooking surface.
Add the lid to the BBQ and leave to cook for 25 minutes.
Serve whole on a platter with some fresh dill to garnish.
