Scallops With Lemon And Garlic Butter


  • 6-8 fresh scallops
  • Rapeseed/olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Butter
  • 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 small lemon
  • 0 : 10

    Wash the scallops carefully and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

    Place the scallops in a mixing bowl and mix with the oil, garlic and parsley.

    Pre-heat the BBQ over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes with two tapas dishes over your cooking surface.

    Divide the scallops and marinade between the tapas dishes and cook for about 2 minutes on a low heat. Turn the scallops and add a knob of butter to each dish and cook for a further 2 minutes.

    Once ready squeeze a little lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
