Allow your pizza stone to preheat with the BBQ with the lid on, over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Shape your dough with your hands; using a coarse flour or semolina powder on the work surface and pizza stone will stop it sticking.
Divide between 4 bases the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano, sausage, onions and mushrooms, then transfer to the preheated pizza stone. A pizza lifter is a great tool for this! Pop the lid on the BBQ and cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
Turn the pizza around during cooking, then finish with a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh herbs (optional).
Repeat for the remaining three pizzas!
