Pre-heat the BBQ for 3-4 minutes with the Chef Pan or a flat cooking surface in place.
Lay the pumpkin and onions out in a single layer on the BBQ, then drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Put the lid on and roast over a low heat for 18-20 minutes.
Once the BBQ has cooled down, add the Pizza Stone and allow the stone to pre-heat with the BBQ for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Meanwhile assemble your pizza. Take your pizza dough and roll it out. Spread over the pizza sauce, then add the cheese, pumpkin, onion, oregano and feta. Carefully transfer to the pizza stone, cover with the lid and cook for 12 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the base is crisp.
Top with the rocket before serving along with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
