Neela’s Veggie Chilli

Ingredients

  • Kidney beans
  • Paprika
  • Butternut squash
  • Yellow pepper
  • Red onion
  • 1-2 courgettes
  • Chilli con carne sauce mix
  • Pepper
  • Rice
  • Tinned tomatoes
  • 1. Add one cup of rice to the pan.

    2. Then add 2 cups of boiling water.

    3. Add in an optional stock cube.

    4. Whilst the pan is boiling, grill all your vegetables.

    5. Once all vegetables are grilled, add them to the Paella Pan 30.

    6. Mix the ingredients in the pan and place the lid on.

    7. After 15 minutes add the tinned tomatoes, kidney beans, pepper and paprika.

    8. Finally add the sauce and cover for 25 minutes.
