Mexican Style Corn on the Cob


  • 3 corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Coriander
  • 1 lime

    Preheat the BBQ for a couple of minutes over a low/medium heat. Add the corn to the BBQ Grid and allow it to char on all sides, it should take about 10 minutes.

    Brush generously with the mayonnaise and sprinkle with the smoked paprika.

    Top with the crumbled feta cheese and finish with coriander and a squeeze of lime.
