Mash the bananas in a large bowl then add in the eggs, flour, baking powder and the almond milk. If you want you can substitute this for dairy milk.
Use a fork and give it a good mix to combine everything together.
Using the paella pan on the BBQ, melt a little butter on a low heat. Add a ladleful of pancake mix to the pan and repeat, until you have 6/7 pancakes. Keep the BBQ on a low heat and cook for a few minutes before flipping.
Cook for 3-4 minutes more until golden brown.
Delicious topped with some greek yoghurt, fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.
Tip: you can use any topping you’d like with these, why not try adding a savoury element with some bacon, eggs or mushrooms.
Note: Marcus is using the Carri Chef 50 and Paella Pan 50 for this recipe, but it would also work well with the Safari Chef 30 Flat Plate, BBQ 2 Plancha Plate or Grill 2 Braai using the flat half of the grill. The Chef Pan 40, 50 and Paella Pan 30/40 would also work.
