Hot Cross Chocolate puddings


  • 3 hot cross buns, sliced and buttered
  • Chocolate buttons
  • 160ml milk
  • 1 level tbsp caster sugar
  • 0 : 20

    Pre-heat the BBQ for a few minutes on a medium-low heat.

    Roughly tear up the buttered buns and press into the Tapas Dishes. Scatter a few chocolate buttons over the top.

    In a jug or bowl beat the eggs together with 160ml milk and the caster sugar, then pour equally over the Tapas Dishes.

    Top with a couple of extra chocolate buttons then place the dishes on the BBQ. Cook with the lid on for 15-20 minutes on a low heat, until golden. Once cooked just pop out of the dishes and serve with ice cream, custard or cream.
