Add the garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, oil plus a good grind of salt and pepper to a large ziplocked sandwich bag. Combine all the ingredients together, then add the chicken, seal tightly and place in the fridge or cool box to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Using either the Cadac Skewer Set or wooden kebab skewers soaked in water before use, thread the chicken on to the skewers.
Pre-heat the BBQ for 2-3 minutes before adding the skewers. Turn the heat to low and cook with the lid on for 4-5 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Once cooked serve immediately, great served with mixed salads and rice.
