Garlic Prawns With Mushrooms


  • 400g prawns, fresh or defrosted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Rapeseed/olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 250g mushrooms
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0 : 30

    Finely chop the garlic and parsley and half the mushrooms.

    Pre-heat your BBQ for 2-4 minutes on a medium heat with the Chef or Paella Pan in place and add a drizzle of oil.

    Add the garlic to the pan and fry for about a minute then add the mushrooms and prawns. Season with the paprika, salt and pepper and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

    Add the lemon juice and parsley, give it a good mix and it’s ready to serve.
