Festive Puff Pastry Turnovers


  • Half a sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp stuffing
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 bacon medallions
  • 4 thick slices of brie
  • Milk or egg
  • 0 : 25

    Place the Pizza Stone onto the BBQ and pre-heat for 4/5 minutes on a medium heat with the lid closed.

    Cut your pastry sheet into equal squares. Cut each sausage in half lengthways, then half each length again, so you have 4 x pieces.

    Lay the sheet of pastry out in a diamond shape in front of you.

    On each sheet of pastry add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and spread it out. Then add spoonful of stuffing, the sausage, brie and finally the bacon. Pull the two corners of pastry together a fold across each other.

    Brush with egg wash or milk then grind some salt and pepper across the top. Place on the pizza stone and cook on a low heat with the lid on for 20-25 minutes.

    Allow to cool slightly before eating as the cranberry sauce will be very hot!
