Crispy Salmon With Herbs


  • 4 salmon steaks
  • Juice and zest of a lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 0 : 15

    Recommended CADAC cooking Surfaces: Grillplate or Chef pan

    Combine the salmon with the lemon juice and zest, sugar, salt, garlic and chilli with a drizzle of oil. Pre-heat the BBQ for 2-3 minutes with the BBQ Grid in place. Add a little oil to the grid and add the salmon, fry for 5 minutes on each site until crusty and golden.
