Cut the bananas (with skin) over the long part. Put pieces of chocolate in between. Place the bananas with the peel side on the BBQ grid. Put the barbecue on a low heat. You can also wrap the bananas in some foil so that they don’t fall over and the chocolate runs out.
The skin turns black, which doesn’t look very tasty, but the banana softens and the chocolate melts. Guaranteed a winner with young and old! And a very healthy dessert if you keep the chocolate under control. You don’t need a lot of chocolate anyway, because that doesn’t fit in between.
Tip for adults: add some rum when the bananas are ready…
