Baked Salmon With Ginger And Coriander


  • 4 salmon steaks
  • Small bunch coriander, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 70ml white wine
  • Pinch saffron
  • Rapeseed/olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0 : 30

    Pre-heat the BBQ over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Mix all the ingredients together (except the fish) in a bowl and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile leave the saffron to soak in the wine for five minutes.

    Lightly oil the fish and add to the Grill Plate. Grill for about one minute each side, then remove from the heat. Take four pieces of foil and divide the marinade mix between the foil then place the fish on top. Wrap well and add the foil parcels back to the BBQ, cook for around 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

    Delicious served with steamed rice.
