Baked Camembert


  • 1 whole camembert cheese
  • 1 heaped tsp runny honey
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • Crackers/bread to serve

    Pre-heat the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on a medium-low heat with the lid on.

    Unwrap your camembert cheese and place in a Tapas Dish. Drizzle the honey over the top and add the sprigs of thyme.

    Bake on the BBQ with the lid on for around 20 minutes or until bubbling around the edges and gooey in the middle.

    Serve with breadsticks, crackers or crusty bread.
