Pre-heat the BBQ with a little oil in the Chef Pan or Paella Pan for a few minutes before adding the mince and herbs. Cook for a few minutes, breaking up the mince with a wooden spoon, until browned all over.
Add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes then add the remaining veg.
After a few minutes add the passata, tomatoes, pasta and stock. Season and add the lid, cook over a low heat for around 15-18 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking.
Once the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat, garnish with the grated parmesan and serve.
