Alberto Longo Glazed BBQ Chicken Drumsticks


  • Sweet paprika
  • Ground cayenne pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Curry powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Honey
  • BBQ sauce

    1. Prepare the rub by mixing all the ingredients.

    2. Sprinkle the chicken wings with olive oil or mustard to better adhere the rub.

    3. Pour the rub on the wings massaging them with your hands.

    4. Put the wings in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

    5. Turn on the Cadac at 170 degrees.

    6. Put the fins on the Cadac and cook for about 40 minutes.

    7. When they are almost ready, glaze with a brush the wings with BBQ sauce and honey.

    8. Finish cooking for 5/10 minutes.

    9.The chicken wings are ready to be tasted.
