Pre heat the BBQ on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl combine the kidney beans, corn, Jalapeno peppers, onion and dried herbs.
Divide your tortilla nacho chips between the tapas dishes and then top with the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese then add the dishes to the BBQ to bake. Cover with the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble and melt.
Top your BBQ nachos with the avocado, salsa, sour cream and parsley before serving.
You can also try topping your BBQ nachos with beef chilli, pulled pork or shredded chicken for a more substantial meal.
