Pre-heat the BBQ 2-3 minutes on a medium heat.
In a bowl combine the oil, cumin, and paprika. Place drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag and add the spice mixture over the chicken. Seal and massage until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl combine the honey, chipotle, mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Reserve half the sauce for basting, the other half you can use to serve as a dip.
Add the drumsticks to the BBQ and cook on a low heat for around 15 minutes, turning regularly.
At this stage, you can transfer the chicken to a BBQ Grill Mat to reserve the sauce (and make clean up that bit easier). Baste the chicken with one half of your honey chipotle sauce, turn, and baste the other side. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes, turning regularly. or until juices run clear.
Before serving, brush the drumsticks with the reserved honey chipotle sauce, or serve the chicken with the sauce on the side.
